This "big boy" Cunningham is from the penultimate "C" series.  It's original owner converted it over time to a no-nonsense commuting machine.  It was sold to a collector who has worked to restore the original racy style.  The steering column limiter (which keeps your roller cam brakes from slamming into your down tube) is a neat detail.
